My new kitchen has lovely lighting. And white countertops.
So last week, when I made a tasty peach pie, I may have gotten a bit carried away with the pictures....
Okay, and just so you understand that you've been spared, I took about 10 pictures of the peach peels at the bottom of my sink, because they were arranged so prettily and haphazardly.
And in case you're now craving this pie (which is The Best of All Peach Pies) {here is the recipe} I used, (although I didn't have creme fraiche, or the patience to make it, so I substituted a made up concoction of sour cream, greek yogurt, and whole milk- because that's what I had on hand. And it worked perfectly.)

I love peach pie. Utah peaches are great. You are so lucky! Also, if you put strips of foil around the edges it will prevent them from browning too much.
